Ein Projekt : Zwei Städte

Am Freitag, den 9. November, werden sich die Städte Lörrach und Messolonghi in einer partizipativen Fotografie Ausstellung begegnen. Die Ausstellung im Sozio-Kulturzentrum Nellie Nashorn zeigt Fotografien die von den Bewohnern der beiden Städte gemacht wurden und auf die Frage antworten: Wenn deine Stadt ein Bild wäre, welches wäre es?

Komm vorbei und sehe Lörrach und Messolonghi aus einzigartigen Perspektiven. Zwei Städte der Freiheit, umgeben von wunderschöner Natur treffen sich durch die Blickwinkel ihrer Bewohner.

Die partizipative Fotografie Ausstellung, die in naher Zukunft auch in Messolonghi gezeigt werden wird, möchte den Bürgern die Möglichkeit geben auszudrücken was ihnen in ihrer Stadt wirklich etwas bedeutet und dies durch den Druck auf den Auslöser ihrer Kamera mit anderen zu teilen.

Ein kleines Buffet mit regionalen Produkten aus Messolonghi wird zur Eröffnung der Ausstellung angeboten, um auch auf kulinarischer Ebene einen Eindruck von Messolonghi zu verschaffen.

ONE PROJECT: TWO CITIES

On Friday the 9th of November, the city of Lörrach in Germany and the city of Messolonghi in Greece, two cities miles away from each other and still unfamiliar to one another, will meet in a participatory photographic exhibition at the socio-cultural center of Nellie Nashorn in Lörrach.

The exhibition will show photos made by citizens, answering the call for entry of the project:

“MY LÖRRACH IS…”
If Lörrach was an image which one would it be?

“MY MESSOLONGHI IS..”
If Messolonghi was an image which one would it be?

Come and see Lörrach and Messolonghi from unique perspectives. Two cities of liberty surrounded by beautiful nature meeting through the eyes of their citizens.
This participatory photography exhibition which will also be held in Messolonghi in the near future aims to give citizens the opportunity to express what their city really means to them and let them share
their point of view through a “click” with each other.

As food always helps better to connect to a place, a buffet with local products from Messolonghi
(the famous Messolonghi botargo, salt, etc.) will be provided
